  We ordered a clock from this company on Sunday 19 April 2015 after reading that their delivery time is 2-4 days.
  
  After 8 working days I contacted the company who said it was a problem with their supplier and that it would be despatched to them for delivery the next day, Thursday 30 April 2015, (11 days after my initial order). I explained that the clock was a present for a friend who is only in the country until 30th April and I really need it to give to them otherwise I would have to post it overseas and incur postage charges. I asked if they could have it couriered to my address (which is less than 20 miles away) and was refused point blank, however they said I could pick it up today but they close at 4pm (before I finish work).
  
  In all the conversations I have had with this company, which was always the same woman so I presume its a one (or two) man band set up, I have never had an apology for the delay in my delivery and have had no offer of help or compensation from them.
  
  I would not use this company again and would discourage anyone else from doing so as there are many other clock companies on the internet which would hopefully be much more helpful when things don't go as planned, which I accept does sometimes happen.
